Polka Dot Sunday – 50’s Inspired OOTD and makeup look

Good night, kittens!

My OOTD look today is entirely inspired by retro glam of 50’s. I was getting ready for my God daughter’s birthday and wanted to wear something special, yet elegant. Between collection of my little black dresses I found Polka Dot dress, which was gifted to me by my dear friend. I never wore it, because I would always wait for special occasion to dress up. Well, tonight was a night, I guess !=)))

I had extra 10-15 minutes to put some makeup, I did simple cat eye look with falsies. I felt like red lipstick was a must have for this look. Don’t mind my crazy hair. So here is my finished makeup look :

Sunday night craziness – Captain America inspired MOTD

Good night,

Weekend is almost over and I was going crazy over my vanity, when this makeup was born. So tonight I want to share something different with you. Being big Marvel Comics fan, I have plenty of t-shirts. Color choices for this look are obviously from Captain America shield.

I used red lipstick as an eyeliner. On my lips I used black eyeliner with blue glitter on top. Here is a closer look on my craziness :

Appretiation post: Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Gel Shadow in #30 Pomegranate Punk

Good evening, kittens!

Being huge makeup junkie, I have special place in my heart for all cream eyeshadow and cream products in general. One of my favorites are Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Gel Shadows. They are pretty pigmented, most of them blend well and they are budget friendly. Tonight I want to share my true love – Shade # 30 Pomegranate Punk

Unfortunately, picture does not justify its true beauty. Pomegranate Punk  is beautiful burgundy plum shade with gold sparkles inside. Formula is not too dry and not to creamy. It blends effortlessly and stays on for good 5-7 hours even without primer. This shade is universal for any eye color.I just want to say that I am officially in love with it!

And here is my makeup look today, which was entirely inspired by this beautiful eyeshadow:

Metallic Tattoo first impression and how to

Happy Tuesday!

I recently started noticing more and more pictures of metallic tattoos all over the web. It is fun, beautiful and fast way to spice up your routine. They are great on all skin types and simply gorgeous. Temporary tattoos are perfect for vacation, pool party, music festival or simply day in office! So today I want to share my experience with temporary metallic tattoos.

What you will need:

  • Metallic Tattoos
  • Water
  • Spray bottle
  • Scissors
  • Towel (Paper towel works best for me)

Application is ridiculously easy. You choose pattern, cut it, peel clear film and apply it to skin. Spray it with water and hold tight with towel (I used paper towel) for 10-15 seconds. Remove back paper and you’re done!

I am really happy with them and will definitely repurchase. Color pay off is amazing, even on my extremely pale skin.So if you’re in doubt – just go for it!

Thank You for reading!
